Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed with in 3-4 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment which is beyond our control, we will contact you via email or phone.   

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. We charge standard shipping of $5 for orders below $50 (before taxes) and No shipping on orders over $50. In case of returns, if the total purchase amount after returns is less than $50, shipping fee will be deducted and net amount will be refunded back to the customer.

Estimated delivery is from 9-10 business days. There are no expedited and overnight shipping options at the moment. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes 

musii home store only ships to addresses with in Canada.

Damages in Transit 

musii home store  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
